Open-head Steel Pail

Open-head steel pails are durable, easy-to-access containers for transporting and storing solid and viscous materials, such as chemicals, paint, and food products. They are available in various sizes, typically from 1 to 6 gallons, and can be purchased with or without a UN rating for hazardous materials.

Open-head steel pails offer different features depending on your application.

Lids: There are several lid options available.

Lug covers: These are a common option that requires a tool for sealing.

Lever-lock covers: These feature a quick-release lever lock band that can be sealed to deter unauthorized access.

Lining: Linings protect the steel pail and the contents from reacting with one another.

Unlined: Best for non-corrosive, oil-based, or solvent-based materials. Some pails feature a rust inhibitor to prevent corrosion during storage.

Epoxy phenolic: Suited for acidic or moderately corrosive materials and products with a pH range of 3.0–7.0.

Food-grade: While steel pails are used in the food industry, a specific lining may be required to meet food-grade regulations. Be sure to confirm the lining and its suitability for your specific food product with the manufacturer.

Design: Pails are available in tapered or straight-sided designs.

Tapered: The tapered design allows empty pails to be nested together, which saves space during storage and shipping.

Straight-sided: These are often used for UN-rated applications and do not nest when empty.

4 Handle

Steel handle with white or black plastic becket pass the test of handle strength test hanging 55kg in air for 48 hours.

2.Different moulds for tin cans and adhesive cans.So here we can supply one-stop steel containers purchasing service.

3.Have plastic pail and other plastic moulds for pail accessories like different pail covers.We also can make different moulds for not only plastic containers but also other PP,PE,ABS products.
