This cover and spout combination is designed for 5-gallon steel pails, creating a secure seal with a retractable, tamper-evident spout for controlled pouring. The lug cover is designed to be crimped onto an open-head steel pail, while the FlexSpout can be attached to either a lug cover with an opening or a tight-head steel pail with a pre-existing Rieke opening
