If it must be bonded, it must be surface treated to be glued.
HDPE is a kind of high-crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. The original HDPE has a milky white appearance and a semi-transparent shape in a thin section. PE has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals can cause chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride).
The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water vapor resistance and can be used for packaging purposes. HDPE has good electrical properties, especially high dielectric strength, making it suitable for wire and cable. It has excellent medium to high molecular weight grade. The impact resistance is the same at normal temperature and even at a low temperature of -40F. Chemical plastic drums use hollow-grade low-pressure polyethylene. There are many grades of such raw materials. The use of different origins and different origins is different, and the quality is different. The factory often selects the appropriate grade according to the product requirements.
