Precautions when filling in plastic drums

- Mar 25, 2020-

The range of heat of plastic buckets is generally between minus forty degrees and sixty degrees. If this temperature is exceeded, the plastic buckets will deform or even crack. Therefore, when we use it, we must ensure that its temperature does not exceed this range. If it must be exceeded, we need to take some precautions; before filling the plastic barrel, we should check the products supported by the lid and the barrel body, otherwise the barrel The lid and barrel are mismatched and can easily cause liquid leakage. During the process, please do not drag the bucket directly on the ground to avoid wear and scratches on the bottom. The correct method is to lift your hands or ship it by forklift pallet. Note that the temperature of filling and liquid cannot be higher than 70 ° C, and the temperature during loading and transportation should not exceed 25 ° C. It is strictly forbidden to fill in plastic barrels to transport the liquid at high temperature immediately after loading. It should be stored in a clean, dry place to prevent contamination in the mouth of the barrel, while avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. The plastic bucket used should be smooth inside and outside, seamless without welding, light weight, good strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, and convenient transportation.
