Methods to prevent plastic buckets from becoming brittle

1. Cavity core should have proper demolding slope. When the core is difficult to demold, it is necessary to increase the cavity temperature and shorten the cooling time. When the cavity is difficult to come off, lower the cavity temperature and extend the cooling time.

2, if the temperature of the plastic bucket mold is too high, it is difficult to demould. The mold temperature is too low, the plastic is prematurely cooled, the fusion seam is poorly fused, and it is easy to crack, especially the high melting point plastic such as polycarbonate.

3. The temperature of the barrel and nozzle is too low when making plastic buckets, which needs to be adjusted higher. If the material is easily degraded, the temperature of the barrel and nozzle should be increased.

4. Reduce the back pressure and speed of the screw pre-plastic to make the material slightly loose, and then reduce the degradation of the plastic due to shear overheating.
