2. If you want to hold solids, you can ask the square barrel manufacturer to provide the same volume of square barrels, and then convert the required volume to the square barrel. However, it is necessary to leave 5% to 10% of the space for the inner lining of the plastic inner bag, in order to prevent the square barrel from being cracked and covered by the drop deformation during handling.

3. If you are filling low-boiling products, generally below 60 °C, you should fully consider the vapor pressure of such products at a certain temperature, the liquid vapor pressure increases with increasing temperature. In addition, the filling temperature of the product and the maximum temperature during storage and transportation of the square barrel may be considered. Generally, 55 °C should be considered. In some areas, the temperature difference between 60 °C should be considered, causing the product to expand and cause the square. The internal pressure is generated in the barrel, and the sum of the two pressures cannot be greater than the allowable internal pressure in the square barrel. Otherwise, the square barrel will burst and be severely deformed. Square barrels are allowed to withstand pressure, see the exporter's inspection certificate, or consult the barrel manufacturer.

4. If the temperature of the user's filling product is higher, that is, above 60 °C, the lowest temperature for storage and transportation should be considered. The temperature difference causes the square barrel to generate negative pressure, which may cause the square barrel to suck, or the square barrel to be concave.

The square barrel should be cooled to normal temperature and refilled before the container is installed. If the product cannot be cooled and needs to be filled, the filled square barrel can not be tightened immediately. When the temperature of the barrel is lowered to normal temperature, The lid is tightened.
