4. Ammoniatriacetic acid-ammonium chloride galvanizing: Advantages: Due to the strong complexing ability of ammonia triacetic acid to zinc, the cathodic polarization effect during zinc deposition is significantly increased, and the dispersing ability and covering ability of the plating solution are better. The coating is brighter. Disadvantages: The plating solution is highly corrosive to steel equipment.
5. Alkaline zincate galvanizing: Advantages: no cyanide, no corrosion to steel equipment, passivation film is not easy to change color and black in hot and humid atmosphere. Disadvantages: There is a certain gap in the bonding strength and brittleness of the coating compared to zinc cyanide plating.
